People that just give, without cultivating the self-awareness to manage their own interests, aggressively distort the Karmic economy, crash the fair pricing of "help" by flooding the market with too much of it, and encourage other weak beings to just parasitically draw on them instead of cultivating their own inner strength--thus weakening the Karmic economy at large.

On the one hand, I would tend to think that givers who are not self aware would balance out the givers and takers who are self aware. On the other hand, there's very little place in the "karmic economy" for people who are generally unaware (or not self aware), so it's difficult to speak on behalf of their meaningless contributions...
As a perfectionist, I like to exclude those from consideration (at all) if I find them to be deficient in important respects (e.g., self awareness, propensity toward self actualization, etc.).
